- A valid Neupass Membership Number is mandatory and needs to be provided at the time of making the reservation.

- In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable as per the cancellation policy, on the credit card / Neucoins provided at the time of the booking.
