Solang Valley

Renowned as ‘Manali’s Adventure Spot’, Solang Valley welcomes visitors with lush grееn mеadows in summеr and a blankеt of snow in wintеr. Tucked between Solang village and Beas Kund in Kullu, it offers a breathtaking approach; you’ll travel on winding roads passing through thick dеodar forеsts and traditional Himachali homеs. The vallеy is famous as a hub for adventure activities like paragliding, zorbing, ATV rides during summer and skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling in winter.

Hadimba Devi Temple

Tucked into a cedar forest, this unique 16th century temple is dedicated to Hadimba Devi, the benevolent wife of Bheema from the Mahabharata epic. It features a four-tiered pagoda-style roof, intricate carvings and a natural rock footprint as a shrine instead of an idol of the goddess. After a delightful 2 km trek, the temple rewards you stunning views. It also hosts several religious and cultural events throughout the year.

Atal Tunnel

At an altitude of over 10,000 feet, the 9 km-long Atal Tunnel is the world’s longest highway tunnel at this elevation and connects Manali to the Lahaul–Spiti Valley. The horseshoe-shaped, single-tube, double-lane tunnel is also the country’s first to feature an escape tunnel within the main tunnel due to the challenging topography.

Rohtang Pass

A historically-significant trade route between the Indian subcontinent and Central Asia, Rohtang Pass has been used for centuries by traders, merchants and as a strategic route by the military The high altitude destination is famous for adventures like skiing, snowboarding, sledding and snow scooter rides from June to October. At other times, you can enjoy panoramic Himalayan views and trek to nearby spots like Rahala Waterfalls.

Jogini Waterfalls

Located in Vashisht village, this marvellous waterfall cascades from a height of 7850 feet to flow into Beas River in Kulu Valley. It can be reached only via a 3 km scenic trek passing through apple orchards and pine trees. Folklore says that it was the ritual bathing place of Jogini, daughter of Lord Indra, who has a shrine dedicated to her at the base of the falls, considered by locals as one of India’s shakti peeth pilgrimage sites.
