    Chital Lounge Bar

Ramgarh Lodge, Jaipur - IHCL SeleQtions

Named after the native spotted deer that frolics in the surrounding forests, Chital is one of Jaipur’s most atmospheric lounge bars, minus the city chaos. It serves a fine selection of Indian and international spirits, paired with a Continental food menu. Soft lighting, antique gold and copper embellishments, lithographs and trophies build a relaxed retro mood. The bar is conveniently adjacent to our stately billiards lounge where guests can carry across their drinks for a game and conversation over the astonishingly lifelike painting of African lions by iconic German wildlife artist Wilhelm Kuhnhert.

    Audhi Restaurant

Ramgarh Lodge, Jaipur - IHCL SeleQtions

Buttercup yellow walls bearing mounted trophies, earthy rust furnishings and a central chandelier lend an old-school charm to Audhi, our North Indian cuisine specialty restaurant. Our chefs work with the freshest produce from the in-house organic farm, and guests are encouraged to engage with this sustainable farm-to-table process. Wholesome regional dishes are prepared on a traditional open-fire oven (chulha) for an intense smoky flavour to the simplest of lentils, millet breads and meat curries. Served a la carte or as pre-plated thalis, they assure a feast for all the senses. Splendid views from the restaurant enhance the magical ambience, promising memorable lunches and dinners.
